How to reach the atelier
To get in touch with Creation Africa, please email us at atelier@creationafrica.co.za. For a smooth start, include the name of the form or studio you’re interested in, along with your city, in the subject line. For example: 'Kudu Stool, Durban' or 'Atelier Visit, Cape Town'.
In the body of your email, let us know a bit about your space and what you have in mind. If possible, attach a photo of the room or spot you’re working with, some measurements, and any timelines you’re working towards. This helps us visualise your needs and advise on the right pieces or finishes.

What happens next
Ms Zanele Mokoena, our Managing Director based in Woodstock, usually replies to new queries personally, often in conversation with our fabrication lead, Mr Johan de Vries. We’ll reply by email, ask follow-up questions if needed, and organise any samples, visits, or custom details together with you before anything moves to fabrication. For Johannesburg queries, Ms Amina Patel, our studios editor, may also be in touch. If your request is about collaboration or special spaces, Mr Thabo Nkosi in Durban might join the thread.
We keep the conversation clear and practical, so you always know who you’re dealing with and what’s happening next. If you’re booking a sample hour at the Woodstock atelier, your email sets things in motion, we’ll confirm a time that suits. Sample hours are by appointment only, and you’ll get directions and parking details ahead of your visit.
Collections, showrooms, and delivery
For those near Cape Town, orders can be collected directly from our Woodstock atelier or from one of the showroom bays at V&A Waterfront, Canal Walk, or Tyger Valley. In Gauteng and KZN, pickups are possible from Rosebank, Menlyn, Brooklyn Design Square, or Gateway Umhlanga, just let us know your preferred location when confirming your order. Ms Lerato Molefe in Pretoria and Mr Pieter Botha in Stellenbosch manage local handovers and install care.
If you’re based in the Karoo, Highveld, or another province, we can arrange a courier to deliver your pieces safely. We’ll let you know when your order is packed and ready, organise the right courier for your area, and share tracking details once your forms are en route. Do mention special access or timing needs if you have them, so we can coordinate with your schedule.
