Pairing for flexible interiors
Karoo Screen is designed to work alongside other studio dividers, especially in open-plan coworks or gallery spaces where flexible layout is key. For example, it complements the Interior Screens from our workshop, allowing you to layer patterns and materials for subtle zoning. In creative offices, it sits comfortably with the Cowork Partition, where the Karoo motif provides relief from denser forms. When paired, these pieces help manage sound and movement while keeping the space open and light.

Objects in good company
From our current range, Karoo Screen sits well with the Veld Tray for front-of-house surfaces or casual meeting nooks, and the Textile Panel Frame, which echoes its attention to material contrast. In reception areas, a Baobab Lamp nearby draws the eye with its sculptural light, picking up the brass note from the screen’s feet. For a tactile, collected feel, try a Studio Bench beside the screen in a waiting area.
Finishes and essays
A natural oak or walnut finish on the plywood brings out the Karoo motif best, especially in sunlit rooms. For high-contrast spaces, deeper stains work well. For inspiration on openness and avoidance of branded clutter, see our notes in "Screens that breathe" and "Motif without logo noise", these essays speak to the spirit of the screen. The acoustic felt is typically charcoal, but we can source lighter or earthier tones on request to coordinate with flooring or upholstery.
